You should either wait for an answer in the other forum- as there is someone who is trying to help you (note that the person helping you is from India and on a different daytime schedule than you)... Your other option is to contact APRESS and see if they can assist- as the book was not purchased by Wiley.

The technical support people don't read this forum- any technical posts made here are just moved to the right place...
