Thanks Jim,
I shot out an email to my ISP's tech support and they told me they did not have spam filtering software in place... well they said that they did, but that it was not activated by default.

I suppose what I imagined happening was my mail server went down for maintenance, and it has been down at least for a couple of hours in the past few weeks.. would bounced messaged remove my email from the delivery list? That doesn't seem feasible in that I couldn't have gotten messages from all six or seven forums in that little time it was down.

I also subscribed to few more forums about a week or so ago and that is about the time that I stopped getting the mail.

I dunno! I know that I don't have any filtering mechanism on my machine, and there is none on the POP3 server that handles the mail. Before about a week ago I was getting everything just dandy.

: )
