First, There is no need to post the same exact message asking the same exact question in two forums.

Second, if you read anything in either forum- you would have the answer to your question.

Third, if you clicked the "Download Code" link at the top of the page AND ACTUALLY READ WHAT IT SAID you would have the answer to your question.

Fourth, If you clicked on the FAQ's or Sticky topics in the forums, you would have your answer.


If you don't want to read, why did you buy a book?
