Yeah that would be annoying and probably bandwidth consuming! I should have been more specific, what I meant to say was just the FAQ list, as in topics and links. Though just an FAQ link would be helpful too.. I guess the challenge is getting through to the thick headed.. so I thought a list might be more attention getting.
