As for your question about where the code is for the book, I suggest you read the information provided in about 10 different spots (if not more) on this site that CLEARLY explain code downloads. Places to get this information include on the "Download Code" page (Just READ what it says.. dont' skip the text. It's there for a reason.) Or in this forum. Even the *DESCRIPTION* of this forum tells you what to do about code downloads.
