Default Converting html pages to database

I have around 700 pages which I want to convert them to MS Access 2000 database. And Before I start I'm looking for some advice as to how I should place them in the database?

Do I include <p> tags, <div> tags...? WHat about <img> tags?

I intend to use CSS to style the pages and use ASP to lay out the pages from the db.
