Default Disable ctrl+o in Access 97

Hello Everyone,
This is my first time in this forum, so if I forget something, please forgive me.
I need to find a way on how to disable CTRL+O. This gives u an open database window. I need this at the application level, since I tried doing it at the form level and it doesn't work. This is creating a security hole for me and I need to get rid of it.
This is for Access 97 SR 2B
Thanks in advance

Hello,

this is what I do in my Ms Access 97 projects

1. In Tools\Startup and Tools\Startup\Advanced
uncheck menus, built-in toolbars, shortcut keys and special keys

2. Use the runtime version to run your database.

cheers ;)

Just a question - Why don't you want users to be able to open different files?

Anyway - another way you could do it is to make all your forms maximized, modal and popup - then the user can't get access to the Access UI at all
