Default formatting reports

Hi,

I am trying to format my report. I have a list of zip codes and I want all the zip codes to appear on 1 page, in columns. Right now, ti shows up like this:

Zip Code List

12335
11111
22222
33333
44444
55555
66666
77777
88888
99999
and so on..

but I need it to show up like this:

Zip Codes List:

11111 44444 77777
22222 55555 88888
33333 66666 99999

Can someone help me with this?

Thanks!!!

Keep your report as it is, but in Design View, go to:
File>Page Setup>Columns

Change your column settings to 3
