Default ADE

I have created a program in Access XP 2003 & I need to distribute this program to systems without Access XP2003. I understand I need to use MS Access Developer Extensions to perform the packaging. Question is where can I get a copy of the ADE?

You need to buy a copy of MS Office XP Developer 2003
