how to enable the design view

I have activated a form when opening the file. I unchecked all boxes at Tool > Start Up. However, I want to re-design some fields in the form> Pls advise how I can do it. thanks in advance

Try going to windows menu, choose unhide.

Try holding down <Shift> while opening the Access Database.
