Another question. I know how to send a report within Access as an email attachment. What I would like to know is, is there a way of attaching more than one report to an attachment (same format) in VB?

It can be done, but it'll make your life much more complicated!

Assuming you're using Outlook as the email client, you'll need to have a look at the Outlook object model and Dmitry Streblechenko's Redemption (http://www.dimastr.com/redemption/) stuff to bypass Outlook's security features.

This article (http://www.mvps.org/access/general/gen0032.htm) should give you an idea of the code you'll need.

If you're email client isn't Outlook, then it gets even harder...
