Default VBA cannot create MS Word Object- ActiveX Error

I am trying to create a word object using VBA.

Word Object is created when the word is installed as a Office Component.
Word Object is not created when is word is installed as a stand alone product. It gives a ActiveX Error.
Can any one tell where I have gone wrong or Is some .dlls are missing in a stand alone product.

Thanks in advance
