Default transferdatabase help

I am trying to use transferdatabase from an access database that is passowrd protected. I do not know wre to add the PWD= in the transferdatabase statement or if I even can but I want the password to be automatically entered so the user is not prompted for a pw, I know I can do this if I register the database as ODBC and assign a system DSN however is their a way to do it if I want it to be a DSN-Less database?
