Does any know how to automatically (or via a button) make information from an Outlook e-mail populate a record in Access?

The easiest way I find is to set up a linked table to the folder you want to use e.g. Inbox or Contacts. Use Exchange on the linking options.

the linked table containing the email fields can be used like any other table.

The other way is to set up an ADO connection which can be quite complex.
