How to edit report data after previewing report

how to edit data in report using mic.access 2003 after previewing ? it needs to use VBA?thanks

You cannot edit data in a report. A report is display only. If you need to edit data you'll have to use a form.

If you use VBA to display the Preview of the report, you can also display a form that could be used to edit the data.

Build a form using the same record source as the report. If you are passing parameters to the report, pass those same parameters to the form.

You could open the form first, view your data, and once it is the way you want it, generate the report. That way you don't have to open the report, find changes to make, open the form, make changes, then re-open the report.
