flashing taskbar button

Good evening all,

I have an application written with VBA and access 2003. I'd like to make the taskbar button flash when certain events occur but cannot find this anywhere. Any suggestions?

This is a feature that resides in the Windows API. I would guess that it is in GDI.

Find a book on the Windows API, and you should be able to find how to do this.
