My table is LoanMstr in that there are LAMT1(Loan Amount 1st Installment), LAMT2(Loan Amount 2nd Installment),
RDATE(Recovery start from) IAMT(Installment Amount) field are there
My Queries is Select LAMT1,LAMT2,RDATE,IAMT,(LAMT1+LAMT2)-IAMT as CAMT(Closing Balance) from LoanMstr.
Now I want generate a report from above queries like

RDATE LAMT1 LAMT2 IAMT CAMT
Jan-2005 4000 0 500 3500
Feb-2005 3500 0 500 3000
Mar-2005 3000 0 500 2500
Apr-2005 2500 0 500 2000
May-2005 2000 0 500 1500
Jun-2005 1500 0 500 1000
Jul-2005 1000 0 500 500
Aug-2005 500 0 500 0

now how should write the code from abvoe queries please explain me hoping for a Favorable reply

This is fairly easy to do using Totals in your query. The issue is, how is the RDATE stored? Is this always "Jan-2005" for example, or would there be a range of dates like 01/01/2005, 01/14/2005, 01/20/2005, etc, that you want to compile into "Jan-2005"?
