click event code

hi all members
my table name is tblIBBMstr in that table there eno(Emp.No.),ename(Emp.Name),lamt(loan Amount),rdate(Recovery start from), ramt(Recovery Amount). Now my problems is in my from one update another is report button when i click the update button i want Another table from above table like below
lamt=200000,rdate=01/01/2005,ramt=25000
lamt as Ob rdate as date, ramt as ramt, (Ob-ramt) as Cb
Op rdate ramt Cb
200000 01/01/2005 25000 175000
175000 01/02/2005 25000 150000
150000 01/03/2005 25000 125000
125000 01/04/2005 25000 100000
100000 01/05/2005 25000 75000
75000 01/06/2005 25000 50000
50000 01/07/2005 25000 25000
25000 01/08/2005 25000 0

in above Method how should writ the click event code for update button please explain me

Did you get an answer to this yet? It sounds like you want to use an append query to take information from one form (table) and add it to another. Can you give me more details?
