Default Printing using PDF Writer on various machines

I currently have an Access front end on a couple of SQL tables that are used by multiple users. Each of these db's have a form, similar for each, that is used to relay certain findings to multiple users. I currently print this from as a PDF myself and send it to the appropriate personnel in a an email. I would like to get to the point that the PDF is automatically generated no matter what user or computer is trying to generate it. The problem I have is that not all the computers in this facility have the same printers installed on them, therefore the PDF writer shows up in a different location in the printer list everytime.
I have unsuccessfully tried to find a way to accomodate this on my own. So now I ask, does anyone know of a way to accomplish this task?
