Im in the process of makin a DB for my company, however since its my first one im not too sure im doing it right :s

I guess you need some background information about my company before youre able to help me! Well basically we copy seismic data from different media types (Input Media) for example 9-Track tapes from the 70s and we move all the copied data onto "Output Media" for example 3590 cartridges which can hold up to 40gb of compressed data.

Well my company want me to create a DB where theyll be able to select a client and be able to track his "orders" and also add in new "orders" which will automatically calculate the total cost of the order (which is basically input media price x quantity + output media x quantity)

At the moment ive set up a form which enables me to add new clients, but whenever i attempt to create a form for my "orders" well they never work :( im guessing ive done the relationships wrong but i have no idea (by the way all my relationships have enforce Referential Integrity and a join type of "only include rows where the joined fields from both tables are equal")
