i need to pull certain information from Outlook 2003 into an Access 2003 table.

Is there any possibility for this to be done? All help appreciated!

Hi

There is a wizard that will step you though an outlook import. Go to file - Get external data - import. then when the browse box pops up, select file type Outlook() you can then browse all your folders.

oh yea.. i tried that.. was able to choose the relevant fields to be export to access but realise access would not be able to detect updated emails coming in...

Kewl is your mailbox running through exchange server or a pop3??
