Default copy one record to another table using VBA

Hi i hope someone here can guide me how to create this in VBA

i have an employee table and i need to create a form where by when i click the button it will copy the record to another table and also delete the current record.

This seems to be a common issue in this forum these days. There are some posts on this already if you can find them. Otherwise, what are you using, DAO or ADO?
