"(but I would not suggest to change the original field value)" Why? The records in these tables will not be archived. Deleted when they no longer serve a purpose.

What i meant is that snoozing is nothing more than changing a value for the date or time field by a N increment. There is no Snooze event ( I should have been clearer). If you do not need the value for later use, just add 5 minutes to it when you snooze it.
