Default Code Commenter And Error Handler Add-In

On page 497 in the Beginning Access 2002 VBA it talks about Office XP Developer Edition, which I don't think any of us taking this course has, and then the next try it out uses this "Code Commenter and Error Handler Add-In" which none of us have, so as we have been so many times in this class, we're at a stand still. Any suggestions??? Any idea where we can download this "Add-In" from??? There was something on the disk that was included with the book, but that looks nothing like this that is in the book.
