Default Access ro Excel Automation Sample Code

I have written a lot of Access VBA code but have little experience with automation or Execl code. Can any of you point me to some sample code to jump-start me? I want to start with an Access app opening Excel spreadsheets and manipilating cells and ranges, running Excel routines, moiving data between Access and Excel, etc. Anything would be much appreciated...
