Default QUERY PROBLEM!

I m having a query and when i put on criteria like "*" returns me null records!!!

could you help me?

Why would you use criteria:

SELECT * FROM tblMyTable WHERE [MyField] Like *

Is that what you are doing? Do you mean this:

SELECT * FROM tblMyTable WHERE [MyField] Is Not Null
or
SELECT * FROM tblMyTable WHERE [MyField] <> ""
