Retreive OLE Documents from Table

Hi All

I have a Table OLE Document which has Field OLE Object Which stores different format of file e.g Doc, Xls, Pdfs

Now I need to extract file from this OLE Table and store it on network folder with out any data loss

Is there any way to do
