Default Conversion of INR from numeric to language

Hi

I want to display currency(INR) into language.

Ex : 1,20,345.59 - Rupees One lac twenty thousand three hundred forty five and paisa fifty nine only.

5,00,99,68,700.00 - Rupees five hundred crore ninety nine lacs sixty eight thousands seven hundred and paisa zero zero only.

What's the procedure behind this ?

I have a utility that does this.
