Default stock book problems

hi
i have stock table and sales tbl
fiels are pid(pk),sdate, qyt and sale table are cid,s_product, s_date, Sales, opening balance, closing balance
I creat sales book in access form
my table field are
cid, product, date, Sales, opening balance, closing balance
01 tv 01/01/2011 50 500 450
now problems is when i go to click process
in next day add a new record i want privies day balance like closing balance
should come next day opening balance and another one if opening balance is < then sale
massage should show ("opening balance is less then sales do you want add opening balance
cid, product, date, Sales, opening balance, closing balance
01 tv 02/01/2011 550 500 -50
if closing balance < then opening balance to be add stock table
in above method how should code please explain me thank full
