Default Form

Hi,
I created a form which is linked to a table in an access db. I wnat to copy that form to create a second from which only is used for data entry. I would like the data entry form, when opened, to show all the text fields blank, allowing the user to then fill in as they wish.
Can I write some code behind the form so this can happen upon open?

Thanks, bph

Under the properties of the form, if you choose Data Entry = Yes, you don't need any code. It will use your record source for the fields, but display a blank record for data entry purposes.

Also, if you do not want the user to edit any records already in the data table you may want to open the form in add mode

Thanks. I'll try that. I might be back with more questions.
