Report Objects filled by Code not Printing

I have several Reports with unbound text boxes that are filled by code during the load event of the Report, these display OK in View Report but when you go to Print Preview they are blank, & subsequently do not print. If I Print the report without previewing they print OK.
Any help would be appreciated.
