Automatically send an email to address entered into [Email] form field

Hi All

I have a form which may or may not contain an email address on completion (entered into the [Email] field. If the user does enter an email address I would like an email to be sent to that email address via Outlook containing a standard message. Could anyone please tell me what vb code I could use (presumably in On Close)?
