Default Missing Utility.mda

The utility.mda is shown as "missing" in the references section. I unchecked it, went back to my form, ran query and it works. I exit MSAccess, reopen the same database, run the same query and I get the error again, ...I go back to view the references and the one that was identified as "missing" before (the one I just unchecked) is now checked AGAIN!!

Please help!

Thank You,

GlennZ

Utility.MDA is an office add in. Try repairing your access installation.
