I was wondering how to update information using a form...

I have a database that keeps track of administrative info on all of our stores. I would like to be able to update information by entering the store # in a form then it would retreive all info currenlty available, add info I need then click on an update button done!

Any help would be great!

Presumably store # and store info are held in separate tables?

Create a main form with list of stores. Use a combo box to select the store you want to work on.

Create a subform which shows the store info. This will only show the store info for the store you have selected on the main form.

Update the info and it will all be updated/saved when you close the form. Or you can add a Save/Update command button.
