Default How to add a stored procedure in Access

I am running a simple query in Access 2002
eg "select * from <table>" this query is stored as "QUERY1"

I then want to process the resulting record set in a stored
procedure - and delete certain records. ( I know this can be done
with a more sele3ctive SQl statement but ultimately I need to
do some more sophisticated processing in the stored proc).

Question: can any one point me to an example of how to create s
stored procedure in Access? I need to be able to take in the sql
recordset, process it and return it.

Please explain the exact process. You may be able to use a sub-query with a combination of append/delete/update queries with some parameters.

Access does not support stored procedures, but you could use ADO, or, you could try using SQL Server MSDE if you are interested in learning. MSDE does support stored procedures.
