count

I have a table that has the (date ,shiftstart , shiftend )date data type and a personal id number . What i want to do is a headcount say @ 09:00hrs there are 2 people working i have figured out how to return a yes or no to if the person is scheduled but not how to add them up any help would be appreiciated

I think you can use GROUP BY in your SQL statement
