Default Gridlines

I had the following code in OnCurrent event in form-datasheet:

    Me.DatasheetGridlinesBehavior = acGridlinesNone

which i have since then changed to

    Me.DatasheetGridlinesBehavior = acGridlinesBoth

so you would expect that gridlines will show again, but they don't. I even compacted the database and still same result. Am i missing something ?

It seems to work ok for me. Both using On Current and On Open
