If a form header seperates a form horizontally , what seperates a form
vertically

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you want to have some sort of area on the right or left edge of a form that repeats for each form? Sort of like a frame on a web page? Access does not allow for that.

You'd have to create a form "template" of sorts with that area in tact and then use it to create your other forms. Visually, that area will appear to stay put as forms change.
