Default howto create sybase dsn ?

where can i find a sybase adaptive server anywhere 6.0.3 driver so that i can connect properly with the file db i have ..

or is my thinkin wrong .. is their some other method by which i can open it using Sybase ASE 12.5 drivers?

do help ..
