I have a subform in an Access 2003 adp that I need to add new records to (as well as view and change records). The view and change work fine, but I can't add. I could open a different form to add the new record, then return to the original form and retrieve the new record, but I don't like that interface (rather have everything on one form). Is it possible in an adp?

Check you subform properties and make sure that under "unique Table" you have select a table name that corresponds to your forms query/view or stored procedure. Check also 'allow addition" is set to yes
