MS Access Pages

I am creating a page in access but when I drag the required fields onto the page the relationship wizard appears and under the heading: Choose a table to relate zzzz to it is greyed out with the wrong table name. I know my database relationships are all OK because I have been past this stage before creating a different table. Can anyone help please?
