Default Unlock Access Database

I have taken over development of an Access 2000 Database, and the former colleague responsible for it has now left. The thing is the database design has been hidden; wherebu on openign the database the menu is restricted and design is hidden as a form opens.

Having not used Access in years !! I was wondering if anyone could tell me the key stroke I need to press on opening the database to access the design?

Try holding the Shift key down whilst starting the .mdb database program.
