Hi Every body. I have Time Keeping datasheet form like the picture below.

I want to create a bounded form for it but i do not know how to create the query for it and bound each fields to that query.Also since i want to keep the refrential integrity of my db i want to know what controle types should i use for each field such as text box or combo box,list box ...).I be happy if some expert teach me how to design and write the query for this form as it is my first attempt to make bounded form and i do not have much experience with designing bounded forms and tables joins in access 2000. Furthermore i only want total hours from hours a day part in my bounded form. Thank u and looking forward for some replies.
