Default runtime error 3021-no current record

I am getting a runtime error 3021 no current record when trying to open a record generated in MS Access 2003. I have tried to delete then recreate the record but I still get the same error. I can generate other records without any problems but not this particular one.

What exactly are you doing when you get the error?
