Default Increasing a price if sqf is over standard limit

The thing is that when the sizes are entered it calculates de sqf in txtSQF but if the sqf is between 31 - 39, it should increase the price in txtRate by 25% and if sqf is over 40 increase price by 50%.

This should happen when a button cmdGetQuote is clicked.

Thanks for your help.

if txtSQF >=40 then
