Dharmesh,

Thanks for putting together the formula, but when I added it to the report as a label, it only showed the formula, I tried entering it as a text and just got an error. I will be working on it more this week end. If there is any more information I can provide please feel free to contact me. If needed my e-mail address is: cvlasak@hotmail.com

its should look like this: =(Sum([p_ctrl_retail])-Sum([P_Ctrl_cost]))/Sum([p_ctrl_retail])
