Refresh Parent Subform
Hopefully someone has experienced something like this before.
Form1 contains events has a subform which contains all employees linked to the event. A combobox lets the user pick from all employees and add them to the subform - The subform is refreshed and the name appears.
If the user needs to add a new Employee, he clicks a button which opens the Employee entry form. When closed, the app adds the Employee to the tabel to which the subform is linked. However I cannot get the form to refresh. The employee is on the subform, because if I add an existing employee, both then show up, and if I close the Form and reopen it, the employee appears. I have tried refreshing, requerying, repaint and even closing and opening the Events form programatically - I just can't get the subform to refresh. Anyone have any ideas?
