Default Conditional Formatting

I’m trying to get a date that is populated from a formula to highlight if its greater them today’s date, but for some reason it’s not working. Can anyone give me some guidance with this one?

Thanks

What is the Formula you are using for the Conditional Formating?
Are you on the correct field that you want High-Lighted?

I tried using ExpressionIs and it worked ok.
