Default Get Column Attributes from VB.NET

Is there some SQL or other method I can use to retrieve my Access database column attributes (namely, the data type) from my VB.NET app?

I wouldn't have a clue on this. however there is a .net forum on here and would probably have someone who would be able to help you on there.
