Customizing MS OFFICE 2003 using windows API's..?

Hi,

       I want to disable the file menu options(SAVE,COPY,PRINT..) to total MS OFFICE 2003( WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS,..) using windows API's..?

     IS IT POSSIBLE..?
If anyone have idea about this PLZ Send solution to this..
